1. This Instalment Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Pick Mobile Ltd (Company No. 16189002) (“we/us”) and the Customer named above (“you”). 2. You agree to pay for the device(s) listed above over the agreed instalment term via monthly payments added to your Pick Mobile invoice. 3. The device(s) remain the property of Pick Mobile Ltd until all instalments have been paid in full. 4. Monthly instalment payments are due on or around the same date each month, commencing from the first payment date shown above. 5. If you fail to make a payment, we reserve the right to: a) Suspend your mobile service(s) until payment is received. b) Demand immediate payment of the remaining balance. c) Pass your details to a third party for debt recovery. 6. If you wish to cancel your mobile service before the instalment term ends, the remaining balance for the device(s) becomes due immediately. 7. Early settlement is permitted at any time without penalty. Contact us to request your settlement figure. 8. The device(s) are supplied in new condition with manufacturer warranty. Pick Mobile Ltd is not responsible for accidental damage, loss, or theft once delivered. 9. All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. VAT will be charged at the prevailing rate. 10. Setting up a Direct Debit mandate is a requirement of this instalment agreement. Devices cannot be ordered or dispatched until a valid Direct Debit is in place. 11. This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
